Fix my WordPress CMS!
Your WordPress site is broken, hacked, or just slow — and you don’t have time to work out why. We find the cause and fix it, usually the same day.
When WordPress breaks, we fix it
A white screen where your homepage used to be. A plugin update that took the whole site down overnight. A site that has quietly gotten slower over the past few months, or one that has been hacked and is now sending spam nobody asked it to send. None of that needs a redesign — it needs to work again, today.
Fix my WordPress CMS! is our dedicated repair and support service for existing WordPress sites. Whether we built yours or not, if it runs on WordPress and something is wrong with it, we can usually find the cause and fix it — often the same day.
What we fix
- Hacked or infected sites — we find the injected code, remove it, and close the door it came through so it doesn’t come straight back.
- White screen of death, PHP errors, 500 errors — usually a plugin conflict, a memory limit, or a theme that broke after an update. We find which one, rather than guess.
- Slow sites — bloated plugins, unoptimised images, no caching. We find what is actually slowing your site down and fix that, not just install a caching plugin and hope.
- Broken after an update — a WordPress core, theme or plugin update that broke something else. We work out what stopped talking to what, and get it working together again.
- Contact forms and email not sending — one of the most common WordPress problems, and one of the least understood. We know why WordPress mail actually fails and how to fix it properly, not just swap in another form plugin.
- Locked out of your own site — a forgotten admin password, a hosting account you have lost access to, a developer who has gone quiet. We can usually get you back in.
- Migrations — moving your WordPress site to better hosting, with the content, database and email all coming across intact.
One-off fix, or ongoing support
Some problems are a single fix. Others are worth preventing before they happen — regular updates, backups, and a site somebody is actually keeping an eye on. Tell us what is wrong, or what you would rather stop worrying about, and we will tell you honestly which one it is.
Not sure what’s wrong?
You do not need to diagnose it yourself first. Tell us what you are seeing — the error message, a screenshot, or just “it hasn’t looked right since yesterday” — and we will take it from there.

FAQs
Do you only fix WordPress sites you built?
No. Most of the sites we fix were built by someone else — a previous developer, a freelancer, or a DIY build that has grown past what one person can maintain on their own. If it runs on WordPress, we can usually help.
My site shows a white screen — what does that mean?
A white screen (sometimes called the “white screen of death”) almost always means a PHP error is stopping WordPress from loading — usually a plugin or theme conflict, a memory limit, or a bad update. It looks alarming, but it’s rarely the disaster it feels like, and it’s usually fixable within hours.
I think my site has been hacked. What should I do first?
Stop making changes to it yourself and contact us. Don’t delete files or reinstall WordPress — that can remove the evidence of how the attacker got in, which makes it harder to close the actual hole. We find the injected code, remove it, and lock down whatever let it happen.
How quickly can you fix my site?
Most fixes start the same day. A genuinely urgent issue — a hacked site, or a site that is completely down — we treat as urgent. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll give you an honest timeline before we start any work.
Do you offer ongoing WordPress maintenance, or only one-off fixes?
Both. Some clients need one problem solved and nothing more. Others would rather never have this problem again — regular updates, monitoring and backups, so small issues get caught before they become an emergency. Tell us which one you need.
My contact form stopped sending emails. Can you fix that?
Yes — this is one of the most common WordPress problems we see, and one of the most misunderstood. It’s rarely the form plugin itself; it’s almost always how, or whether, your server is authenticated to send mail on your domain’s behalf. We diagnose the actual cause rather than swap in another form plugin and hope.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong, only that something is?
That’s normal, and you don’t need to diagnose it yourself first. Describe what you’re seeing — an error message, a screenshot, or just “it looked different this morning” — and we’ll investigate from there.
